Glass Paste Creations and Sculptures
- “I have, for several years, produced art works of blown and coloured glass, while remaining aware of my evolution in the decorative field and exploiting my technical expertise to the best of my ability.
- Today, thanks to the maturity and the confidence which I have acquired through working with glass, I feel free to give shape to more intellectual inspirations.
- In my recent creative work, aesthetics, symbolism and fantasy can clearly be identified. My creations, in which the glass is now colourless and transparent, sometimes combined with other mediums, are in keeping with a neo-expressionist aesthetic.
- “Glass” is the ideal medium with which to present the path from reality to fantasy in a timeless manner. Thanks to its transparency which allows for several view frames, and the perspectives suggested by its thickness, glass provides the setting for the model’s imprint or the composition born of my inspiration.”
